We keep this short on purpose. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you ring us, email us, or come into the shop, we may take down your name and how to reach you — a phone number or email address — along with whatever details are needed to help with your enquiry or transaction.
That's it. We don't run hidden trackers to build a profile of you, and there's nothing clever going on behind the scenes. If you haven't shared it with us, we don't have it.
How we use it
We use your details for one reason: to answer your enquiry and serve you well. That might mean calling you back about an item, following up on a loan or transfer, or keeping a record of business we've done together so we can help you next time.
Some information — particularly around firearm sales, transfers and pawn loans — we are required by law to record and keep on file. We handle those records in full compliance with ATF and Texas law, and we keep them secure.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it over to marketing companies. The only time we'd share your details is when the law requires it — for example, the records we must keep as a licensed firearms dealer.
A note on this website
This site is a simple shopfront. The contact links here open your own phone or email app — nothing is submitted to us until you choose to send it. When you do get in touch, your message reaches us directly.
